Gablewick Tilt Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 11, 2026
This document outlines our approach to gathering, utilizing, and safeguarding your data when you interact with the Gablewick Tilt mobile application (referred to as the "Service"). Your continued engagement with the Service signifies your agreement to the terms detailed within this Policy.
The summary is short: Gablewick Tilt collects nothing. The Service is a single-player stacking game that runs entirely on your device, requires no account, plays offline, and sends no data anywhere. The sections below describe that in full.
Information Collection and Use
We do not collect, request, or receive any personal information. There is no sign-up, no login, no online profile, and no account of any kind. We never ask for your name, email address, or any other contact detail in order to use the Service.
We also do not automatically gather any of the following:
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or IP addresses
- Location, contacts, microphone, camera, or photo library data
- Usage statistics, behavioural analytics, or crash reports
The Service contains no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no comparable tracking technology. It does not display advertising, does not participate in any ad network, and offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Bricks are earned only through play and cannot be bought.
Data Storage
Everything the Service records is written to your device's local storage and stays there. This covers the foreman name and helmet colour you choose, your brick balance and lifetime total, the houses and district skylines you own, your loadout, your yard upgrade levels, the best tier reached at each site and which sites are unlocked, earned commendations, lifetime statistics such as runs played and plumb drops, the daily contracts drawn for the current day and their progress, a short history of your twenty most recent runs, your app settings (haptics, reduced motion, high-contrast gauge, left-handed sandbag tray, and the contract reminder toggle), and a flag recording whether you have finished onboarding.
This information is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We hold no copy of it and have no way to read it. It is removed when you delete the app, and it can be cleared at any time from within the app using Reset Progress in Settings, which asks for two confirmations and returns the Service to the state of a fresh install.
Use of Data
Because no data reaches us, we do not use your data for any purpose. The information stored on your device serves one function only: to let the Service restore your yard, your collection, your records, and your progress the next time you open it.
We do not profile you, do not build audiences, and do not sell, rent, or trade information about you, because we have none.
Third-Party Access
Gablewick Tilt uses no third-party services. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no crash-reporting tools, and no social or tracking integrations of any kind embedded in the Service.
Consequently, no third party receives your information from us, neither in identifiable nor in aggregated form.
Disclosure of Data
We cannot disclose what we do not hold. Even when faced with a legal requirement or governmental request, we have no personal data to produce, because none is ever collected or transmitted to us.
Data Retention
We retain no data about you, so there is nothing on our side to keep or delete. The information held locally on your device remains for as long as you keep the app installed, and is erased when you delete the app or reset your progress in Settings.
Children's Privacy
The Service is suitable for all ages and contains no advertising, no purchases, and no online communication features. Because we collect no information from anyone, we collect no information from children, including children under 13 (or 16, depending on regional laws).
Permissions
Gablewick Tilt requests no system permissions at all. The Service asks for no access to your location, contacts, microphone, camera, photo library, or notifications. The contract reminder switch in Settings is a stored preference only: it is off on a fresh install, it schedules and delivers nothing, and the app registers no local or remote notifications. Haptic feedback, when the haptics setting is on, is generated locally by your device and transmits nothing.
Network Use
The Service makes no network requests during play. Runs, purchases, contracts, and records are all resolved on your device. The single outbound connection is the one you start yourself by tapping Privacy Policy in Settings, which opens this page in an in-app browser view.
Security
We highly regard your confidence and are dedicated to shielding your information. The strongest protection we can offer is structural: data that is never collected and never transmitted cannot be intercepted, breached, or leaked from our side. Information stored locally is protected by your device's own operating-system safeguards.
International Transfers
No international transfers take place. Your information does not leave your device, so it is never moved to or stored on servers beyond the borders of your state or country.
Links to Other Sites
The Service may open this policy page in an in-app browser view. We bear no responsibility for the content or the privacy practices of any third-party site reached from that view, and we advise you to review their respective policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may undergo revisions periodically. Any modifications will be published on this page, and the "Effective date" will be adjusted to reflect these changes. Your continued engagement with the Service following any updates will signify your acceptance of the revised Policy.
